iPhone 從控制中心選「螢幕鏡像」，Android 從快速設定選「投放」，畫面和聲音就到了電腦上，再接投影機或大螢幕。手機轉橫向，視窗也跟著轉。

On the iPhone pick Screen Mirroring in Control Center; on Android pick Cast in Quick Settings. Picture and sound arrive on the PC, ready for a projector or big screen. Turn the phone sideways and the window follows.

開始前Before you start：下載並安裝自在投影（不需要系統管理員權限），手機和電腦連同一個 Wi‑Fi（不是訪客網路）。第一次開啟時 Windows 防火牆詢問，請允許「私人網路」。: download and install Zizai Cast (no admin rights) and put the phone and PC on the same Wi‑Fi (not a guest network). Allow Private networks when Windows Firewall asks the first time.

畫面不離開你家的網路Your screen stays on your network

畫面、聲音、錄影、截圖都只在你的區域網路和電腦裡。沒有遙測、沒有分析、沒有廣告、不用帳號。Picture, sound, recordings and screenshots stay on your LAN and your PC. No telemetry, no analytics, no ads, no account.

平常唯一的對外連線是檢查更新。啟動 30 秒後、之後每 24 小時一次，向 GitHub 讀取 update.json，不帶任何裝置資訊。
不會自己更新。只有你按「更新到 vX.Y.Z」，才從本站 /download/ 下載安裝程式，並以 SHA-256 驗證。
可以完全關閉。在 %LOCALAPPDATA%\PhoneMirror\settings.ini 加一行 update_url=。

The only routine internet access is the update check. 30 s after start, then every 24 h, it reads update.json from GitHub, with no device information.
Never updates by itself. Only when you click “Update to vX.Y.Z” is the installer downloaded from this site's /download/ and verified with SHA-256.
Can be turned off. Add the line update_url= to %LOCALAPPDATA%\PhoneMirror\settings.ini.
Translation runs offline on your PC. Neither the picture nor the text is uploaded; the app asks before downloading the translation and text-recognition models (each checked with SHA-256). On-device AI translation is downloaded only if you choose it.
Online translation is off by default. Only after you turn it on, agree and enter your own DeepL / Azure key is the recognised text (never the picture) sent to the service you picked.
Send to phone stays on your LAN. Android gets files over wireless debugging; an iPhone scans a QR code and downloads from this PC. No server in between.

安裝時出現「Windows 已保護您的電腦」？

安裝程式目前沒有數位簽章，請按「其他資訊」→「仍要執行」。也可以從 Release 頁面下載原始碼自己建置。

iPhone 找不到「自在投影」？

手機和電腦要在同一個 Wi‑Fi（不是訪客網路）；學校、公司、飯店網路可能封鎖裝置探索。
Windows 防火牆要允許「私人網路」。
先關掉 VPN；同一台電腦只能有一個 AirPlay 接收程式。

可以用電腦操控 iPhone 嗎？

不行，AirPlay 只傳畫面和聲音。用電腦操控只支援 Android（無線偵錯）。

看 Netflix 等影片是黑畫面？

有 DRM 保護的影片在鏡像時會被手機本身遮黑，任何接收程式都無法繞過。

Android 投放（Miracast）不能用？

電腦要安裝 Windows 選用功能「無線顯示器」並重新開機，Wi‑Fi 網卡也要支援（netsh wlan show drivers 顯示 Wireless Display Supported: Yes）。不行就改用無線偵錯。

關掉視窗後程式跑去哪了？

選了「背景待命」時，程式會繼續接收投影，手機連上時視窗自動出現；要自己打開，按工作列右邊的自在投影圖示（沒看到就先按「^」）。要完全結束，在圖示上按右鍵 →「結束」。

延遲或畫面糊？

改用 5 GHz Wi‑Fi 或讓電腦接網路線。延遲優先選「畫面清晰度 ▸ 標準（順暢）」，要清楚選「高」或「最高」。

有 Mac 或 Linux 版嗎？

目前只有 Windows 10 / 11（64 位元）。

真的免費嗎？

是的：GPL-3.0 開源、沒有付費版、沒有廣告、不收集資料。喜歡的話，在 GitHub 按個 Star 就是最好的支持。

“Windows protected your PC” when installing?

The installer isn't code-signed yet. Click More info → Run anyway, or build from the source zip on the release page.

The iPhone doesn't see Zizai Cast?

Same Wi‑Fi (not a guest network); school, office and hotel networks often block discovery.
Allow the app on Private networks in Windows Firewall.
Turn VPNs off; only one AirPlay receiver can run per PC.

Can I control the iPhone from the PC?

No. AirPlay carries picture and sound only. PC control works for Android (wireless debugging).

Netflix shows a black screen?

DRM-protected video is blacked out by the phone itself during mirroring; no receiver can bypass that.

Android Cast (Miracast) doesn't work?

Install the Windows optional feature “Wireless Display”, reboot, and check your Wi‑Fi adapter (netsh wlan show drivers should say Wireless Display Supported: Yes). Otherwise use wireless debugging.

Where did the app go after I closed the window?

With Keep running in the background, it keeps receiving mirroring and the window comes back when a phone connects. To open it yourself, click its icon at the right end of the taskbar (click ^ if you don't see it). To quit, right-click the icon → Quit.

Lag or a blurry picture?

Use 5 GHz Wi‑Fi or a wired PC. For low latency choose Picture quality ▸ Standard (smoothest); for sharpness High or Highest.

macOS or Linux?

Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) only for now.

Is it really free?
